A little clarity
about what you share.
Different parts of this site handle information differently. Here is what to expect before you begin.
Inquiries and messages
When you send an inquiry or a Mailbox note with an email address, your details and message go to Righting Real Estate through Kajabi. Courtney and the people helping manage these requests can use them to respond. Sending a note does not subscribe you to Letters from Home or give permission to publish your words.
Where the Mailbox offers notes without an email address, those notes are handled by the website's form service. Omitting your name and email keeps those fields out of the note; the service may still process technical connection information. Include a reply address only if you would like a response.
The Alignment Audit
When you finish, the name and email you entered, your profile, an internal total, and a room reference are sent to Kajabi to provide your profile email and support follow-up. Your individual answers are not included in that submission. The numeric total is used internally and is not displayed in your result.
An unfinished audit is kept in this browser tab for up to two hours after your last change. Choose Resume only if it is yours, or Start over to clear it. Completion clears the unfinished draft. A small room-reflection summary remains in the same tab for up to two hours; it contains no name, email, or numeric score and can be cleared on the result page.
The Leadership Walkthrough
Your name and email are recorded in Kajabi when you open the Leadership Walkthrough. This access form does not subscribe you to Letters from Home or request a call. No welcome or resource email is configured for this form. No agent names, walkthrough answers, or results are included in that submission.
A simple access flag stays in this browser tab for the visit, so you can reflect on multiple agents without signing up again. It contains no name or email. Choose New visitor on a shared device to clear access and the current reflection. Your answers disappear when the page reloads; closing or restoring tabs follows your browser’s behavior.
Your private Inner Home Self-Reflection
Prework answers and ratings are not submitted to Courtney or Kajabi. A draft is kept in this tab for up to 24 hours after your last edit, so refreshing can restore it. Closing or clearing the tab may remove it; a browser that restores tabs may restore the draft too. Use Clear my draft when finished on a shared device.
Save your reflection opens your browser's print dialog. Choose Save as PDF to keep a copy under your control. You decide whether to share that copy with anyone.
Letters, purchases, and media
Letters from Home is a separate newsletter signup. You can unsubscribe using the link in its emails. Joining an interest list or sending a service request does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Enrollment and payment take place in Kajabi. Embedded videos are provided by YouTube. Loading a video player may connect to YouTube; playback and purchases are handled under the respective service’s terms and privacy notices.
Responsibility and retention
Righting Real Estate is responsible for managing information submitted through this site. Courtney is the contact for information requests; authorized people supporting the business may access records as needed to handle inquiries, deliver programs, and manage participation.
Submitted records are kept in the services used for those purposes for as long as reasonably needed to manage the request or service and related business records. This is separate from the browser-draft periods described above.
Questions or changes
Email courtney@rightingrealestate.com to ask about information held about you or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify your request and retain records needed for an ongoing service or required recordkeeping. Please avoid including sensitive information that is not needed for your request.
